Lorna Gagnon Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty as Regional Manager

Portsmouth, NH October 16, 2019 - Verani Realty is proud to announce that Lorna Gagnon has joined the Verani team as the Regional Manager for the Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire Seacoast area. Gagnon will provide managerial oversight and agent development for our Seacoast offices, market and build Verani Realty’s professional presence around the Seacoast, and develop specific plans and strategies to ensure growth in the area. 

Gagnon brings over 30 years of hands-on experience and market knowledge in the real estate industry as a broker, business coach, and entrepreneur. Gagnon's success as a REALTOR® in New Hampshire led to the opening of her own brokerage in 2000. In 2008, Gagnon relocated to Honolulu, HI where she was a Productivity and Business Development Coach. She was responsible for developing sales training programs and curriculums to build strategic teams, and instilling accountability and profitability in more than 250 agents which resulted in sales of over $1 billion annually. In 2013, Gagnon opened a franchised brokerage in Honolulu. As the Principal Broker, she supervised all aspects of business operations including risk management, fiscal reporting, and contract review.

Most recently, Gagnon served as an independent Business Coach for Tom Ferry International, where she guided top agents and broker owners in the US, Canada, and New Zealand on effective ways to create a profitable real estate business through lead generation, team building, prospecting, financial budgeting, and social media marketing.
