Verani Realty Ranks Among Top Real Estate Brokerages in the Country, According to The 2021 RealTrends 500

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty is amongst the top real estate brokerage firms in the United States, according to the 2021 RealTrends 500, which ranks the largest 500 real estate brokerages both by sales volume and closed transaction sides for 2020.

Verani Realty ranked No. 11 for the top Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliates in sides, No. 181 out of the 500 largest brokerages in the U.S. for closed sides, and No. 198 out of the 500 largest brokerages in the U.S. for total sales volume. Additionally, Verani Realty earned the No. 198 spot in RealTrends’ Billionaire’s Club, which lists firms that closed at least one billion dollars in residential real estate.

With over 1,750 firms qualifying this year, the results show that the nation’s leading realty firms outperformed the market, proving that size and leadership do matter. In fact, the RealTrends 500 firms grew closed sides by 12.5%, which was nearly 10 percentage points higher than the overall growth in the market.
