Kevin Tengan Joins Verani Realty as Director of Marketing

Londonderry, NH - August 8, 2018 - We are excited to announce that Kevin Tengan has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty as Director of Marketing. Tengan will oversee all aspects of the company's marketing strategies in New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Maine.

Tengan has more than 25 years of experience in digital media and technology development, with the past eight years focused in the real estate vertical. He was the co-founder of a franchised real estate brokerage in Hawaii, and oversaw their marketing programs, technology infrastructure, and business systems, before relocating to New England. Tengan has been invited to give presentations on digital marketing strategies at numerous conferences, including the National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference (2017 and 2018) and the CRS national Sell-a-bration conference (2017, 2018, and 2019). He is a Certified Residential Specialist, who serves on the New England Region Residential Real Estate Council leadership team, and an e-PRO® instructor.

Prior to his career in real estate, Tengan worked on advancing technologies in digital filmmaking for Academy Award® winning visual effects studios in Hollywood, working on such films as The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
