David Mahoney Joins Verani Realty as Regional Manager

Mahoney to manage Verani’s Somerville office

Verani Realty recently hired David Mahoney to manage its Somerville office. Mahoney will be involved with compliance, onboarding and training programs, recruiting new agents, and marketing and building Verani’s professional presence in and around the Boston metro area.

“David has the skill set and experience to take our Somerville agents and their office to the next level,” said Giovanni Verani, president of Verani Realty. “Most importantly, he has the passion and values we look for in a manager and we are delighted to have him in this role.”

Most recently, Mahoney was a broker salesperson at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Haverhill, MA. His specialties at Coldwell included first-time homebuyers, new construction, and luxury homes. He was also a member of the Presidents Club and the Diamond Club.
