From first time buyer, to big time investors, I want to make sure that you are well informed about the current market conditions.
The Internet, e-mail and state-of-the-art technology help to get the job done, but I still remember how to pick up the phone or meet you over coffee the old-fashioned way if that's what you prefer.
After living near Seattle, Washington for most of my life, my familiy moved to Southern New Hampshire in 2008 for my husband's job. He is a Navy Veteran pilot that was tired of the cross country commute. I have two teenagers who are busy in the community with sports and clubs. Having a kiddo on an IEP has given me some insight on the local school districts. I have moved three times in the same town and have experience managing our multiple rental units as well as managing the flip properties we have sold. My personal experience with buying and selling has helped shape how I negotiate, market and assist my buyers and sellers. Learning by doing has helped me understand both sides of a transaction and has given me inside knowledge of what my buyers and sellers may need. With multiple transactions under my belt, I always learn one new thing that helps me with the next real estate deal.
