Verani Realty’s North Andover Agents Honored by Northeast Association of REALTORs

Four sales professionals from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s North Andover office were recently recognized as top producers in 2016 by the Northeast Association of REALTORs (NEAR). NEAR individual top producers achieve a minimum of $3.5 million in sales volume or 10 sides, and are ranked according to four categories of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Stephanie Jones attained Platinum status, their highest sales volume ranking for top producing individuals; Barbara Sullivan attained Silver status; and Lisa Simmons and Patricia Curley attained Bronze status. The agents were recognized during NEAR’s annual awards gala, which featured dinner, dancing, and a silent auction and raffle at the Andover Country Club on April 27.

Patricia Curley has been involved in housing for more than 30 years, from multifamily housing with investors and developers to single-family residential housing with buyers and sellers. She is eCertified, a Certified International Property Specialist, a Certified Relocation Specialist, and is licensed in Massachusetts. Originally from Long Island, New York, Curley has lived in the Andover area for over 25 years.

Stephanie Jones has over 30 years of experience in the housing industry and is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a Certified Buyer Specialist, a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, is eCertified and is Fine Homes & Relocation Certified. She has repeatedly been ranked as a top producer by the Northeast Association of REALTORs and has been recognized multiple times by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for her strong sales performance. Most recently, Jones completed selling a new construction project of 10 townhomes in Bradford, Mass.

Lisa Simmons has been providing stellar service to buyers and sellers for over 15 years. She is a Certified Buyer Representative, a Certified Relocation Specialist, a Luxury Market Specialist, and is eCertified. She also has knowledge and experience with the building process and is new construction certified.

Barbara Sullivan has nearly 30 years of real estate experience, and has a vast knowledge of Boston North, Boston’s Beacon and Back Bay neighborhoods, and the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. Her areas of expertise include older homes and antiques, and she is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Sullivan’s successful track record has earned her various awards and recognitions, including being named one of Boston’s Top 20 Brokers in 2015.
