July 17th 2024, we had the pleasure of donating $2,000 to NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and revitalizing communities through quality housing services, neighborhood revitalization, and personal empowerment opportunities.

NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire has been making a difference since 1992. Their mission is to provide access to quality housing services, revitalize neighborhoods, and support personal empowerment opportunities. They aim to help financially disadvantaged households achieve greater economic stability, breaking the cycle of financial struggle and fostering a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

One of the most critical needs in our state is the development of affordable housing, and NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire is at the forefront of this effort. They also offer buyer education to hundreds of individuals each year, contributing significantly to the New Hampshire real estate industry. Their capacity to create housing is directly related to the support they receive from the community.

VeraniCARES: Commitment to Community
