Verani Realty Agents Make Strong Showing in Elections for 2018 Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS
Verani agents rank among leadership,
directors for 2018
The 2018 Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS (GMNBR) has announced their officers and directors for the coming year and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) will be well represented. Six of their agents, hailing from their Bedford and Londonderry offices, were elected and appointed in various roles for the 2018 term.
Kimberly LaFleur was selected as president. LeFleur has been a licensed REALTOR® and Broker for 27 years, and was GMNBR’s 2016 REALTOR® of the Year. She exemplifies a high standard of service and ethical behavior and has multiple certifications, including Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist. She is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.
Eric L Pelletier was re-elected as treasurer and will continue to serve as chair of the budget/finance committee. Pelletier started his career in real estate in 2014 after spending 16 seasons chasing wildfires with the U.S. Dept. of the Interior. He has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative & Seller Representative Specialist designations and has averaged over 200 hours of continuing education each year since 2014. In addition to serving at the local level, he also serves at the state level with the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® on the Board of Directors, professional development committee, public policy committee and legal committee.
Steve White was appointed chair of the community service committee and will be serving the second half of his term as a director. White is a member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Affiliate’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle, which recognizes top performers in the network. His specialties include waterfront and water-access properties, and is experienced in FHA and VA sales and real estate auctions. He is also a Certified Buyer Broker, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Certified Broker.
Shirl Kula was elected as a director. Kula is an expert in the market in and around the Bedford area and is a strong negotiator, having earned her designation as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Her specialties capture a wide variety of properties, including fine homes, 55+ communities, waterfront homes, and investment properties. Her designations include Certified Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and the National Association of REALTORS® Green Designation. She is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.
Nancy Philbrick was elected as a director. Philbrick has consistently ranked among Verani’s top performers and was named New Hampshire’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2011. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Luxury Home Specialist, and a Seller Representative Specialist. She is also a past director and former president of GMNBR.
Angela Sullivan was elected as a director. Sullivan has been a licensed REALTOR® for four years, and was GMNBR’s 2015 Rookie REALTOR® of the Year. She has a passion for communication and continuing education; she has worked on the Avenues real estate articles for the Union Leader and was the 2016 co-chair of the education committee at GMNBR. She has held multiple certifications, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and eCertification.
The Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® (GMNBR) is a real estate association located in Bedford, NH, and is the largest of fourteen REALTOR® association boards in the Granite State. With over 1,300 REALTOR® members working with buyers and sellers in 16 cities and towns in Southern NH.
