Suburban Realty of Manchester Becomes Part of Verani Realty

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) welcomes Suburban Realty, Inc. to its Verani brokerage network. The team, which includes Broker Owner Sharyn Kelley and agents Brad Chandler, Daniel Curtis, Lindsey Derrick Goodrich, Lisa Laliberte and Rick Singer, will continue to operate out of their location on 68 Sagamore Street in Manchester.

Suburban Realty has been a fixture in the North End of Manchester since 1976, when current Broker Owner Sharyn Kelley first purchased the business. They’re known locally for being a tight knit office with high levels of customer service and support for their clients. Joining Verani allows Suburban Realty the opportunity to strengthen their position as local experts while providing their team with the best technological and training resources available.

Meet the Team

Brad Chandler has been a real estate since 2012 and serves all of southern New Hampshire and the Lakes Region. He is especially interested in working with first-time homebuyers and enjoys working with his clients and helping them make major decisions. Outside of real estate, he also is a nurse and has been involved in the nursing field since 2004. He also enjoys boating and is a member of the Bay Shore Yacht Club.

Daniel Curtis is a licensed REALTOR serving Manchester, Goffstown, Bedford, and southern New Hampshire, and the owner of Curtis Properties. He has owned and managed several apartment and commercial buildings for over 20 years and has experience in several different types of properties. He also is experienced in buying and renovating real estate for resale and in the sale of multi-family properties. He is a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of REALTORs (GMNBR) and the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association. In addition to his real estate experience, Curtis is a licensed Funeral Director and a graduate of the Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Chicago, Il. He was a Funeral director with the J.N. Boufford and Sons Funeral Home for over 20 years. He is looking forward to growing his customer base with Verani and using his expertise in both multi-family and single-family properties to help his clients meet their goals.

Lindsey Derrick Goodrich started her real estate career in 2004 in Central, Ma. She is licensed in both NH & MA, specializes in buyer and seller representation, and is committed to exceeding client expectations. She is confident in her unparalleled service which will result in an overall great experience. In 2014, she moved to Manchester, New Hampshire, and continued her real estate career. She has a business management degree from Becker College in Worcester, MA and a certificate in Interior Design from Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI. Not only is interior design a passion of hers, but she finds that she adds value to her client’s experience as it’s helpful when selling properties quickly and for top dollar. In her spare time she loves to garden, cook, travel, run, and volunteer (she most recently volunteered at the Salvation Army Toy Drive, for New Horizons, a shelter and food pantry in Manchester, NH, and for Habitat for Humanity).

Sharyn Kelley was first licensed in New Hampshire in 1974. She established Suburban Realty in its present location in 1976. With 40+ years of listing and selling homes in Southern New Hampshire, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential properties, investment properties, and light commercial properties.

Sharyn is a member of the Greater Manchester Board of Realtors. She has held positions in various committees within the Board of Realtors over the years. In addition to her professional work, she has also been involved with many community organizations and activities including the Manchester Kiwanis Club, Manchester Varsity Cheerleaders (Coached from 1987-2001), the Real Estate Advisory Board at St. Mary’s Bank, fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis, and sponsoring local youth sporting activities.

Lisa Laliberte was working at Suburban Realty, assisting with marketing and farming when she was inspired by her broker’s passion and decided to become a REALTOR. A member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of REALTORs (GMNBR), she serves primarily the north Manchester market and brings an energetic and upbeat enthusiasm to her customers. In addition to her work in real estate, Laliberte has been involved with local communities as a sports director for the past 17 years and has a passion for the outdoors. She attended the University of New Hampshire – Manchester and has various certifications, including CPR, first aid, and US All Star Federation (USASF) certification.

Rick Singer spent 30 years in the Telecom Industry in various financial capacities working up to becoming a CFO of several public and private firms and ultimately to become a CEO for the last 7 years of that career. The last 11 years in that industry were spent developing markets in Eastern Europe in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia. 

Rick has used his financial background and extensive people and management skills acquired in his dealings in and out of the US, to work with owners of rental properties in his role as a property manager and in his work to assist buyers and sellers in the sale and purchase of their properties. 

Rick also believes strongly in giving back to the community and is an Advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association of NH and a Committee Chair for the annual Central NH Walk to End Alzheimer’s. He and his wife Linda, cocker spaniel Lady and amazon parrot Obie live in Manchester’s North End.
