“What do you do when you want (sort of need) to move to New Hampshire and don't know where to start... well, find yourself an excellent partner in a great Realtor. That is where Stephanie came in. We had dealt with Zillow and Realtor.com and Trulia. But honestly, you are at the mercy of the internet at that point, and you really don't get the local feel or understanding of where you want to buy. You need someone representing you. Stephanie is a born and raised New Hampshire Native. She not only knows the real estate market well, but she takes the time to understand her clients needs and then makes sensible recommendations (and even steers you away from properties you may love, but just aren't right for you - which is a critical trait not to miss in your Realtor). She was patient (we were almost a two year decision making process) and understanding. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. In the end, oddly enough, we ended up buying a property in her home town and could not be happier with our decision. we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seriously considering the New Hampshire real estate market.
