Roxanne has always had a passion for Real Estate and Investing. She acquired her first Real Estate License in 1977 while attending Brigham Young University in Utah; then went on to get her MBA at BYU, all while buying and renovating real estate. She loved and was very successful at flipping both residential and commercial properties way before the popularity of the current TV shows...which she loves to watch! Due to her husband's job, they were transferred to 13 states; 8 in which she obtained her Real Estate license. Her expertise in real estate extends from Utah, to Nevada, Montana, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, Texas and now New Hampshire. While in Dallas, she owned and was CEO for over 20 years, of a very successful Mergers and Acquisition Company. The projects Roxanne were involved in ranged from a few million dollars to over 100 million dollars where she worked in both the US and Overseas Markets. She sold her company a few years ago, retired and moved back to her favorite place in the world...the North East...where she was born and raised. Her expertise and passion for real estate has led her right back to what she loves...real estate...and to Verani Realty!
