A little bit about Monika Representing New Hampshire home buyers and sellers for over 35 years, Monika’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. Raised in Salem, New Hampshire, Monika understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in New Hampshire with its unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing sunrises and sunsets! Monika is knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process with her start in the administrative field as an office manager and then on to obtaining her real estate license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, she discovered a knack for communicating and training was an added bonus to a very successful career in selling real estate. As a very active and connected community member, she regularly supports community events and in her spare time, she also enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being on the water during New Hampshire’s perfect summers! In 1997 they decided to merge their company with Century 21 Bridge Realty, where Monika worked as the company trainer and as a sales associate until she and Jay joined the winning team of professionals at Prudential Verani Realty in Hampstead in 2005.
