Growing up my father had both a real estate development and general contracting business. He developed the land he purchased or sold into housing, commercial, and industrial uses. I would spend time with him as a child occasionally going to active projects and investigating prospective purchases. I was able to understand his vision and the conceptual potential of land. I began working during high school and college in the contracting business which led me to a B.S. in Management Engineering from New England College. After college the family business was sold and I found a career working as Construction Superintendent managing highway, bridge, airport, and site construction projects throughout New England. To spend more time with family, I accepted a position with the City of Laconia, NH managing the sanitary sewer system maintenance, long range planning, budget development and execution, and EPA permit compliance. Starting a real estate career has been an interest of mine since my experience with my father. The reasons for my career in Real Estate are to help sellers market their property and guiding buyers who are trying to make their dreams come true. Also, my feeling is I too have my fathers vision for land potential and want to help connect developers and landowners together to create inventory in housing, commercial ventures and industrial expansion.
