““We went for 6 months with another realtor without a single offer in a very hot market. No suggestions were given to make our home more attractive to buyers, the usual reply was that your home is just fine the way it is. E-mails would go for weeks before they would send a copy of an ad that was a few weeks old, and there was no reply to our questions.
