The idea of a real estate career came early for me.   I attended a pre-licensing class when I was 18 years old, however it was another 18 years before I pursued an active career in the business.  As the Regional Manager of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty Lakes Region offices in Belmont, Meredith, and Wolfeboro, NH, it is my mission to assist our agents in achieving their professional goals through coaching, training, education, and technology.  Having enjoyed a successful career in real estate since 2004, I understand the challenges agents face in various market conditions.  You don’t always have to work harder to achieve greater results.  The recipe for success includes efficiency through tools and technology, continued support from a non-competing manager and coach, as well as affiliation with an innovative, locally owned company with a great culture.  Near the beginning of my business career I learned that in addition to the end customers we serve, every job or position at a company has internal customers.  Our agents, staff, and associates are my customers and it is my goal to treat them with respect and build lasting relationships which are mutually beneficial.  Satisfied customers are the key to long term success in any business.  On a personal note, I have been a resident of New Hampshire for over 40 years.  Prior to 1980, I lived in several states including California (3 cities), Colorado, New Mexico, Maine, and Massachusetts.  I know what it's like to move and I am glad New Hampshire was the last stop! Is it any wonder I chose a career in real estate?  When I take a break from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing & boating, reading, gardening, and all types of music.
