As an experienced real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is not just a transaction, it is a life-changing experience. I provide exceptional, personalized service for my clients and take great joy in the relationships built along the way to home ownership. I know and understand clients' specific lifestyle wants and needs while establishing a professional consultative relationship and friendship.
I grew up in Kennebunk and moved to Portsmouth in 1984. My knowledge of the New Hampshire and Southern Maine Seacoast is an asset when marketing a home and equally important when helping newcomers find a place to put down roots. My entrepreneurial spirit, communication skills, and enthusiasm add up to a successful and professional client/Realtor experience. I have also raised a daughter through the Portsmouth School System and am enamored with the Seacoast Lifestyle.

Testimonials
“Jen is a solid professional who knows all aspects of the sale process. A treat to work with. Outstanding performance!”
“My husband researched different realtors in the Maine/New Hampshire area. Not knowing anyone who could recommend, he did his homework through google and also Berkshire Hathaway Carrie’s its own positive reputation. Upon reviewing Jen Seabrooke’s story we were immediately drawn to her. We knew that she would welcome us into her state and guide us to our forever home. We have now closed and starting our transition from New Jersey to live closer to our children. Thank you Jen Seabrooke for being more than a realtor. You represent your company and state of Maine well.”
“Jen was very attentive, aggressive in a good way, & a very warm person who seemed trustworthy”
“We decided to sell our family home , located in the southend of Portsmouth. It had been our home for 57 years. After compiling a list of 10 realtors. We did our research and talked to a lot of people, we decided on Jen Seabrooke of Berkshire and Hathaway realtors. Jen is very knowledgeable and profesional. She is very through when it comes to the paperwork. She sold our old home quickly and to our amazement we got more than we were asking for. She also helped us find our dream home, From the time we put the old house up for sale and then closed on our new home is was 33 days, amazing. Thank you Jen, and we wish to thank Erica Van Diesel for her help in the new home. It was great to be able to use the same realty company for both homes.”
“Jen is one of the most patient, understanding, and kind client representative I have ever had. While this may have been my first home purchase so my experience is limited in this regard I have interacted with other services that have clients and Jen was exceptional. She broke every aspect of the sale into its basic components explained them and trust me when I say made sure there were going to be absolutely zero issues at the end. If your a seasoned home buyer or seller and just need a realtor to manage the sale Jen is excellent and will make everything smooth as butter. But if you're a new home buyer she will put in every ounce of effort to help you be successful (she even makes a wonderful binder for all your documents). I hate that this only goes to 5/5 rating because Jen deserves a 12/5.”
