While servicing South Central New Hampshire and the Lakes Region of NH, Jake always makes sure that he is able to understand others’ point of view and aims to exceed expectations. Jake is a critical thinker and a good listener, but he is also determined to help buyers and sellers the best he can.

Jake was born and raised in Weare, NH, and continues to reside in his hometown. He also partially lives in Laconia, NH. He understands what property ownership in New Hampshire has to offer and is committed to making the process for buyers and sellers as stress-free as possible.

Recently, Jake graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He made the President’s List every year and graduated Summa Cum Laude, the highest of Latin honors’ distinctions.

When it comes to prior experience, Jake has worked for Cold Springs Camp Resort since he was 14 years old. From this, he is able to bring with him customer service, marketing, and communication skills along with a strong motivation to always keep growing and improving at everything he does. Jake may be new to the industry, but he is striving to become the best Realtor he can be for all his clients.

In Jake’s free time, he likes to swim, jet ski, snowmobile, snowboard, and golf. He also enjoys hanging out with family, friends, and his two dogs.
