About Dan
Dan McGinness graduated from Salem State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After college, he started his career with Crowninshield Management Corporation where he became a property manager in the Greater Boston area managing a portfolio of condominium associations and residential, commercial, and mixed use rental properties. Dan remains a Certified Manager of Community Associations. His past experience and extensive training then and now bring great value to his clients as he embarks on his new venture as a licensed real estate agent.
Dan also works for his brother’s commercial flooring business, McGinness Floors, Inc., where he oversees large commercial flooring projects. He currently resides in Londonderry, NH with his family and is an avid hiker and climber of all seasons in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, boating, and visiting new places and trying new things throughout New Hampshire and beyond.
