Building Stronger Relationships - Supporting Smarter Transactions My name is Crystal Chandonnet, and I am proud to live and work in beautiful Southern New Hampshire. I am a licensed NH real estate salesperson and a member of the National Association of Realtors. As with many, real estate has always been in the peripherals of my life. I have family and friends who are brokers, builders, investors, and developers, and I've always had a unique interest in the everlasting value of land and homes. Within my professional experience I've developed a strong understanding that it's not only about the product you sell, but more importantly about the relationships you build. Having a reliable and transparent relationship with my client is my number one priority. That means taking the time to get to know exactly what it is my client wants, and always working to support their ultimate goal. As an entrepreneur, business owner, and admittedly highly analytical person, I truly enjoy rising to life's challenges. My response has always been, ""Challenge Accepted!"" It's because of this attitude that I am lucky enough to say I've found myself spear-heading some truly unique projects over the years. In 2012 I was a guest speaker at the opening of the NH Center for Women's Business Advancement alongside Senator Jeanne Shaheen and other inspiring women in our state, and in 2017 I proudly delivered an impactful AET presentation by request of the NH State Senate President for the Senate Transportation Committee. I've had unforgettable experiences and met a lot of great people. When it comes to buying and selling property, I'm carrying that same tenacity with me.
