My career blends creativity, entrepreneurship, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. I am a graduate from the University of Florida architecture graduate, I have worked in residential architecture, owned and operated a small business, and luxury real estate. With a passion for design and innovation, I have left a mark on residential projects along the East Coast, built a successful boutique in Key West, and transitioned into luxury real estate with my husband, quickly becoming recognized as top agents.

After earning an architecture degree from the University of Florida, I began my career on Martha’s Vineyard, working on residential projects with a successful New England firm. The island is also where I met my husband Chad where he had spent 8 seasons, knowing the island well. My career expanded across Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, and North Carolina, creating residential spaces.

My husband and I moved to Key West in 2009 and the following year I embraced a new challenge and opened a boutique in Key West. The store, showcasing locally made products and artwork and curated clothing, became a favorite destination for locals and visitors. Focused on supporting local artisans, the goal was to create a memorable shopping experience reflecting Key West’s vibrant culture. After ten successful years, I was able to negotiate the sale of the business at an optimal time.

In 2021, I joined my husband in real estate and transitioned into luxury real estate in the Florida Keys, forming a successful business partnership, The Burtch Group, in conjunction with BHHS Keys Real Estate. Within a short time, we were recognized as top agents within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, ranking in the top 2% and earning membership in the exclusive Gold Chairman’s Circle for exceptional sales and client satisfaction.
In the Summer of 2022, after spending many Septembers in New England and Maine, we started construction on a tiny home in Southern Maine. Completing the tiny home in the Fall of 2023 we decided to also become licensed realtors in Maine as well as Florida, with Chad and I becoming Broker Associates at Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty in the Fall of 2024.
With my architectural background, I bring a unique perspective to real estate. The ability to assess design potential in properties has proven invaluable to clients, whether for renovation or new builds. With experience in planning too, we can guide clients to make informed investment decisions.
