Bill's career in Real Estate evolved from his extensive experience with relocation. Marrying his high school sweetheart after attending the Military Academy at West Point, they began their journey of multiple housing relocations due to Army assignments throughout the United States. Following Bill's military career, he has worked in a business career focused on contract management, negotiation and customer satisfaction at Segway, HP, and several Defense Contractors in NH. It has always been his goal to forge mutually beneficial relationships as satisfied customers are the key to long term success in any business. Bill understands the emotions and effort involved in moving and real estate transactions, so he knows how to make the process as smooth as possible for his clients making the transition to real estate as a profession a natural fit. It goes without saying that Bill's military background and degree in engineering make him incredibly detail  oriented so his clients's transactions are handled with precision.

Bill and his family settled in New Hampshire in 1983 and it has been home ever since. His roots in both Southern NH and the Lakes Region afford him the unique opportunity to share his experiences and guidance to people making a most important decision for their families. Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys all the benefits of lake life, boating, fishing, swimming and enjoying all that nature has to offer with his wife Gail. He also loves debating which generation has the best music ever with his two children and four grandsons.
