About Andy

Andy is the Senior Manager of the Retail Team at Verani Realty, and is responsible for the leasing and sales of commercial properties. A Realtor for over 25 years, Andy has experience in all factions of commercial investment brokerage, and has specialized in retail leasing and site selection, completing hundreds of transactions. Andy has earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation by the National Association of Realtors.

Over the years he has represented Landlord’s portfolios of well over a million square feet of supermarket anchored shopping centers. Andy secured McKinnon’s Super Market & Butcher as the anchor tenant for North Broadway Crossing in Salem, NH and leased the remaining 30,000 sf of specialty space.

Others include: The Raymond Shopping Center, Epping Commons, Chunky’s Movie Cinema & Pub and Planet Fitness at the Nashua Mall, the sale of 43 acres of Industrial land in N. Londonderry to Harvey Industries, and 10 +/- acres to American Tire Distributors. He has assisted Cumberland Farms with the disposition of older stores in various markets, and the sale of the former Sanmina site in Derry, NH to Burlington Self Storage.

As the Exclusive Broker for 7-Eleven, Inc. in New Hampshire, Andy was responsible for locating 8 new locations for them. Last year he assisted the owners of the former Shaw’s Plaza in Merrimack now known as M-360 with new anchors Altitude Trampoline Park, Planet Fitness, Tuckers, the Thirsty Moose and others.

His newest assignment is the re-positioning of the Shaw’s Apple Tree Shopping Center on Route 102 in Londonderry .The new owners have totally renovated the former dormant center which now boasts six new leases to several specialty restaurants, Xtreme Craze Inflatable Park & Laser Tag, CKO Kickboxing, and a 12,000 sf Dollar Tree. A Letter of Intent is being negotiated for the last large unit, the 25,500 sf former TJ Maxx.
