Ask Tim Galvin
“I worked with Tim to find a buyer and complete the sale of some real estate in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. Tim's marketing ideas and initiative were instrumental in the successful outcome to this effort. He was extremely professional and diligent throughout this project. Rather than simply relying on passive advertising, he actively identified and personally contacted a number of different prospects. He then worked with those prospects to formulate potential acquisition and development plans and address and work through obstacles to those plans. The buyer who finally acquired the property is a non-profit/government partnership, which required that Tim follow and work through some difficult municipal processes, but he stuck with it and the deal finally came together largely as a result of his efforts. We were very happy with Tim's hard work and ultimate success.”
“Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working with Tim on a professional/client based level. Not only is Tim the quintessential professional in business endeavors, his straightforward, clear, concise and to the point discussions and observations of all associated matters is 'ethically refreshing'. Tim completely understands the significance of negotiation, listening, compromise - as well as fair, honest business and interpersonal practices. One would be well-served to partake of Tim Galvin's experience.”
