Sara was raised in Wellesley, MA. As a second generation realtor, she spent a significant amount of her childhood in a real estate office where she learned the importance of understanding a client's needs and effectively managing a home purchase or sale to close. Known for her personable style, work ethic, and solid judgement, Sara has been a trusted realtor to clients in Beacon Hill and surrounding Boston neighborhoods. Prior to entering real estate, Sara was a senior executive in financial services. Her financial background and business acumen are critical when negotiating on behalf of buyers, sellers, and investors. In addition to her business strengths, Sara has creative talent and a deep interest in architecture as well as the aesthetic qualities that enhance a home. This talent helps to properly showcase a home and is helpful to buyers looking for future design ideas.

Ronn’s greatest asset is his ability to build relationships and forge personal connections. A New Hampshire native, Ronn grew up in Exeter, summered in Alton Bay, was a camper at Kabeyun, and graduated from Brewster Academy. Prior to coming home to Wolfeboro, Ronn worked in non-profit fundraising and was a partner in a couple of tech startups in Boston. Skilled in business development, social media, and e-marketing, Ronn’s technology expertise is a tremendous asset when creating a unique plan to market a property. Ronn is a former member of the Board of Trustees at Brewster Academy and the Beacon Hill Civic Association, and currently is a member of the Wolfeboro Heritage Commission, and volunteers with the NH Boat Museum and LIFE Ministries Food Pantry.
