Ray began his career as a Residential Real Estate Associate in 1984, prior to his career in Real Estate Ray worked as an Architectural Draftsman in which most of his time was spent dealing with Contractors and Developers. It was at this time Ray began his interested in Real Estate.
His past experience as a Planning Board Member and Chairman as well as a member of the Conservation Commission has allowed him to maintain long standing relationships with many local developers and builders. Ray is presently a member of The New Hampshire and The National Home Builders Associations.
Ray is currently the Land Acquisition Specialist for Prudential Verani Real Estate and is the Listing Agent for many new home communities including Irongate Village in Hampstead, NH and Timber Ridge located in Milford, NH. His Real Estate experience has him specializing in Land Acquisition and Development as well as New Home Construction throughout Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast and the Lakes Region.
Ray has built his reputation by always listening first to fully understand his client's wants and needs and by making sure they understand both the process and the significance of each of the decisions they make.
A lifelong resident of New Hampshire having grown up in the East Manchester area, Ray presently resides in Hooksett, NH and enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and fishing.
