I’ve spent many years working in the field for a civil engineering company and more recently I’ve delved into the general contracting field for residential housing. For over 20 years I have firsthand experience in construction, design, building, remodeling, town ordinance’s, permitting and working with local tradespeople making me a superior advocate for my clients. Now, with a daughter off to college and my current house build project just completed, I decided on putting my experience to work for others, as a full time Real Estate Agent.
In my downtime, I enjoy heading to our beautiful seacoast where I enjoy Kayak, paddle boarding and cycling. The ride along the coastline to Maine is breath taking. In the winter the white mountains are my destination for skiing and snow shoeing. I was a Girl Scout troop leader, a fund raiser for Bike MS, Breathe NH and a member of the Phillips Pond Association involved in the monitoring of health lakes in NH. I am currently an Auxiliary Member of the Kingston Veteran’s Club.
With me, you get far more than an agent. You get an expert, an advocate, and a person who intimately understands that buying and selling a home is more than a transaction. It's a multi-layered decision-making process, that when done well, is a dream coming true, an investment in the future and a vision for what is possible.
“Laura Conway brings so much more to the experience of buying and selling a home than just her knowledge of real estate. Not only is she straightforward and trustworthy, but she possesses a breadth of knowledge that is invaluable in all aspects of the process.
She has over 20 years of first-hand experience in construction and remodeling, making her a superior advocate for her clients and an expert in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more.
Her training as an artist gives her a laser-sharp eye for detail, design, and possibilities that buyers and sellers need to consider to make informed, confident decisions.
With Laura, you get far more than an agent. You get an expert, an advocate, and a person who intimately understands that buying and selling a home is more than a transaction. It's a multi-layered decision-making process, that when done well, is a dream coming a true, an investment in the future, a vision for what is possible.”
