“Where do I even start?
Let me first start by saying, you owe it to yourself to at least call Jodi and talk with her before making any final decisions.
While she’s an absolute EXPERT in her field, she has something very rare these days- a compassionate, empathetic heart of gold. And given how emotional buying (or selling) a home can be, having an agent like Jodi is a must.
I am a single mom of three middle-aged boys. I had many agents to choose from. Once I closed on my house, I looked back through all my text messages. And instead of posting a novel on FB praising her, I posted screenshots highlighting some of her text messages to me. I let those screenshots tell the story. To show just who Jodi is.
But honestly, that came as no surprise to many- she is so very loved and respected in our community. Top notch. No wonder she continues to be one of the top agents in all of NH!
From day one she sent messages updating me constantly. She sent inspirational messages when offers weren’t accepted, or things started going sideways. I lost count the number of times she reminded me how the boys and I deserve the perfect house, and she felt in her heart we would find it together.
Every success was celebrated with a congratulatory, heartfelt message. Each day leading up to the closing I woke to a text message counting down the days (“48 hours, but who’s counting!!?”).
At closing, she surprised me with a framed picture of our newest addition to the family- our rescue dog named Lucky.
So very thoughtful, caring and giving. At NO POINT in this process was anything EVER about her. Now that is hard to find these days!
I continued to receive text messages even after closing. From asking how my first night was, to how the boys are adjusting, are we nice and warm, etc.
You simply cannot find someone like Jodi. She’s a rare breed.
My advice to you is talk with her before deciding who to use. To me, buying a home is far too personal an experience to go with just anyone.
Bottom line is if you’re looking for someone who is an expert negotiator, knows this town and the real estate industry like the back of her hand, knows all the right people (I couldn’t be happier with the people she referred me to along the way, such as house inspector, septic, etc.), is honest and truly has your best interest... you MUST at least have a conversation with her before deciding on anyone else.
Thank you, Jodi. For everything. I wish my words could better articulate just how amazing you really are.”

“Having bought/sold 18+ homes has exposed me to many realtors, both good and bad. Jodi has all the fundamentals of a good realtor covered: honest, hard-working, extensive contacts, great communicator and a deep knowledge of the region, neighborhood and homes she covers. But what makes Jodi a great realtor goes beyond these fundamentals. Rather than telling clients what they want to hear, Jodi provides honest assessments and sets accurate expectations, saving clients from the typical roller-coaster of disappointment associated with buying and selling homes. Unlike realtors that are willing to help only as long as there is a quick payoff for them, Jodi is not influenced by how much time or effort the process takes; she does whatever is required to make a buyer or seller comfortable and ultimately more than happy with the outcome. She has knowledge of all aspects of home buying/selling, including state and local regulations, permitting processes and requirements, local contractors, and realistic ‘total cost’ expectations. Jodi has an Innate ability to really listen and understand what a client is really looking for, and then does not give up until she finds that for them, without wasting time trying to show properties hoping the client will settle for something. Most importantly, Jodi treats her client’s transactions as if they are her own personal decision … she worries about the transaction, the offer, or the listing price as if it is her own … making her a true partner to her clients.”
