Ingenuity & Skype for the Win! It is heartwarming to help a family find their "forever" home and sometimes you've got to think outside the box to make it happen! Sheila, Al & children, a military family living down south, were looking to purchase their first home here in New Hampshire. With a little ingenuity using Skype and help from family members, Sheila and Al "visited" numerous properties and were able to complete their home search & purchase transaction remotely! Don't you love technology? I am honored to have their trust and it was my pleasure to guide them through the home buying process.

Recently, my wife and I downsized from our Manchester Victorian to a newer much smaller Colonial on the eastern fringes of the city near Lake Massabesic. We truly understand the emotional and financial processes of downsizing. This recent experience allows me to help you understand the many tradeoffs and advantages that come with this weaning down process.
With a college kid in the house, we fondly understand the needs of twenty somethings as renters or potential first-time homebuyers. A good part of my business now is introducing first or second time home buying Millennials to downsizing Boomers.
